Walked in to find a guy being ejected by the landlord for assaulting a woman by licking her face. The landlord was telling this guy that the woman had over reacted but he should leave. Very cowardly. The woman had been assaulted in a disgusting and lecherous manor but the landlord didn't have the backbone to tell him. I say again, he's a coward. I went to the bar to order a drink, only to be told I had to drink outside as my dog was scaring people. It was 0 degrees outside. Everyone around me in the pub had no idea what he was talking about as my dog was very friendly and well behaved. The solace I get from not being able to ever go back there again is that he won't be landlord for long as it is clearly evident that he is losing grip on everything and will surely not last there as the proprietor. Such a shame as it used to be such a great pub

Really good venue for watching the football. Good selection of food and drink and the food was cooked fresh. I would say the menu was a little limited as they had sold out quite early - but proves things are done fresh if they run out. Super friendly staff

A relaxing honest, good value local with a limited but well kept range of beers. The local church bell-ringers come here for a pint after practice, which is a very good advert!

What a wonderful booza - great selection of beers at a reasonable price for Cambridge👍 Wonderful atmosphere, staff chatty and provide a great service! I've not sampled the food as yet, but it's on my list of things I must try Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

Stopped off while cycling along bus route, very hot day. Great local pub atmosphere, service was exceptional, but they had run out of scotch eggs, saw someone else's and they look delicious and huge 😋.
